In 1953, our founder, Fred Just, became invested in the car industry in Kingston, Ontario.  Twenty years later, in a step to semi-retirement, Fred moved from Kingston and established FRED JUST MOTORS on the Old Kingston Road in Belleville, Ontario where we continue to conduct business to this day.

On completing high school in 1975, Fred’s son, Ken, played a major role in helping his father run the business and in 1985 when Fred retired, Ken took ownership and continued with the business on his own. Today, Ken and his wife, Kate, continue to offer you quality pre-owned automobiles at competitive prices.
 

FRED JUST MOTORS is a long-standing member of both OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) and the UCDA (Used Car Dealers Association of Ontario). We are proud to sponsor local community events and children’s sport teams including Belleville District Girls Minor Hockey and Belleville Youth Soccer.

Bentley, our labradoodle, joined the FRED JUST MOTORS team in February 2011 and is our “Official Greeter”. Although he barks from his boots, his tail is always wagging and he loves interacting with people!  * It with heavy hearts that we let you know that our Gentle Giant crossed the Rainbow Bridge on March 23, 2022.  He will be so very missed.
